2. Item Warranty
No Warranties: All items are sold strictly on an “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.
No Guarantees: The Goblin Prop Shop makes no express or implied warranties regarding any product.
Exclusion of Law: We explicitly disclaim the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Final Condition: The entire risk regarding the quality and performance of the items is born solely by the Buyer.
3. Nature of 3D Printed Items
Unique Variations: You acknowledge that 3D printed props and cosplay items naturally contain minor surface cosmetic variations, layer lines, and unique characteristics.
Not Defective: These visual characteristics are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
Care Instructions: The Buyer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and avoiding exposure to extreme heat, which can warp 3D printed plastics.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Damages: The Goblin Prop Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Cap on Liability: In no event shall our financial liability exceed the original purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific item in question.
5. Safety and Intended Use
Display and Costume Only: All items are intended strictly for adult costume, cosplay, decorative, or display purposes.
Not Real Weapons: Our products are non-functional props. They are not real weapons, protective armor, or safety gear.
Buyer Supervision: The Buyer assumes all responsibility for using these items safely and ensuring compliance with local laws or event/convention prop policies.
6. Final Sale and Acceptance
No Returns: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued based on product condition or performance.
Full Agreement: Payment for your order constitutes absolute acceptance of these “As-Is” terms.
